Lindsay Davenport in Ventura, Estate of the Day

The Real Estalker Mama delivered a double dose of tennis real estate news this weekend with two homes from Lindsay Davenport. The Wimbledon winner owns two beautiful homes in Southern California that are now for sale. The first is one of two that they own in pricey Laguna Beach, California. The five-bedroom home in the Emerald Bay area is listed for $6.395 million.

The more charming, albeit smaller, home that Davenport and her husband Jon Leach have for sale is further north in Ventura. This home is a three-bedroom beach front home with 60 feet of ocean frontage. The Cape Cod style home is a modest getaway measuring under 2,000 square feet. The home is in a gated community that includes a pair of tennis courts. The home has a great central living area that faces the ocean. Anytime you can snuggle up in front of a fireplace and get a view of the ocean it's wonderful and bonus points to the couple for putting the television next to, and not above, the fireplace. The home is adorable but small, and the price of $5.5 million seems, even taking the location into account, a mite ambitious.
