Rock stars seem to have an affinity for the 1920s Spanish-style homes that dot the hills of Los Angeles. Today's home belongs to Epitaph Records owner and Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz . The
LA Times Hot Property reports that he has listed his four-bedroom Hollywood Hills home. The home is a private retreat on more than half an acre. It has a separate maid's sute and a master bedroom with downtown views and a dressing room that looks like it's backstage. The double height living room has a fireplace and opens to the outdoors through large windows. Outside there is an outdoor covered gym, dog run, saltwater pool and spa, waterfall, koi pond, dining pavilion and a shared tennis court. Up a hill a meditation site offers views to the ocean in the distance. This home is listed at $2.795 million.

ha! The guitarist for Bad Religion is selling his Hollywood Hills house for $2.7mm. I guess he doesn't believe the sh*t the band's singer peddles to the earthy anarchist kids of the mid '90s.
