Scott Weiland's Clothing Line
Rock star Scott Weiland has always enjoyed his fashion and now he's making a business out of it. The singer from the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver has created a line of trousers, jackets, vests and shirts for the clothing line English Laundry. The clothing was created by Weiland and Christopher Wicks, designer and owner of Rock & Roll Religion. Weiland tells Spin magazine that "Wicks' personal tastes were very close to my personal tastes." The pieces are classic lines spiced up with embroidery including Weiland's initials or last name in various places. The fabrics are based on original vintage patterns circa 1965 through 1979 and are reminiscent of the rock decadence look of the 1960s. The more fitted pieces such as vests and jackets sell for $79-$169.[via ONTD]
