Carbon Koenigsegg CCXR Edition Offered at $2 Million

An ultra-rare Koenigsegg CCXR Edition carbon fiber supercar (above), one of only 6 to be built for collectors worldwide, is for sale in Germany via global luxury marketplace JamesList with a price of €1,600,000, or about $2 million. The limited edition Swedish-made exotic features a 6 speed manual transmission and a 5.0 liter twin supercharged V8 engine producing 1,018 hp. It does 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds with a top speed of over 250 mph. The removable hardtop is stowable under the front hood lid, and the racy interior is finished in cherry red with color-matched leather carpets. Koenigsegg claims that no other supercar can match the CCXR Edition in terms of power-to-weight ratio, aerodynamic balance, downforce and chassis stiffness - not to mention sheer beauty.

Its funny how most of the newer supercar companies say that they offer ferrari performance at have the pricetag (e.g. how pagani said that their zonda is faster than the enzo at half the price), but recently they've started making the most expensive cars ever.
$2million for that? It looks like an electric supercar.
