You've got the name of the bottle "Skorppio", an outline of a scorpion on the label, a reassurance of "vodka with scorpian" and the actual scorpion at the bottom of the bottle.

Forget subtlety, this bottle is for the stupid.

Mezcal actually made it to an own category of mexican spirit.
In Tequila though it is prohibited to put anything like worms or other additives into the bottle [the distiller would loose his license] - maybe there would only be a hole in law, if you would refer to "flavored Tequila"; but this is just theoretically...

And yes, Scorpions are related to Spiders. They have 8 legs like spiders. Insects [bugs, grasshoppers, bees, flies etc.] have 6 legs...
