How about the new Jules Audemars with AP Escapement?  This mechanical marvel runs at 43,200 vph, which is equivalent to 6hz.  Translation: very accurate, very exclusive, very expensive.  It does so with no lubrication and is considered to be a huge advance in watchmaking.  This technology will be used in many future mechanical watches.
