The LA Times Hot Property column reports that she and her husband, real estate investor, Scott Phillips have put their four-bedroom home in the hills of Studio City, California on the market. Well, I'd guess that they're trying to get some ad revenue so that Luxist is profitable.
It would be cool if you could make the photo browser Ajax, i.e. not require a page load. You can refresh the ads and put ads above and below if you want.
