wow.... who cares?
Personally, I would put his lapel choice very low on the list of things the President should be criticized for.
Do the foreign leaders or the financial system care whether Obama's lapel is pointed, rounded, or purple polka-doted? nope, and noone else does either.
Go slam Diddy for wearing Blue or something.

sorrry to disagree with you but foreign leaders do notice what other leaders are wearing it is very important to them that they present themselves in a very fashionable way while at a social event.

Let's see... Obama to-do-list: "Fix" the economy; stop foreclosures; try to orchestrate peace in the Middle East; bring troops home; end war; find new forms of energy; fix healthcare; bring jobs back to the U.S.; .... OH YEAH make sure my tuxedo and bow tie go together. Really.... find something worthwhile!

Funny. Thought the article was going to be about Michelle Obama's recent very questionable fashion picks. Never even considered the possiblility of the Pres.

These people are REAL! They're the majority of us. Be thankful and not judgemental! For cryin' out loud, they're not here to put on a fashion show! They're not wearing garbage bags! They look great. They feel great. They mean great. I can only hope that their intelligent frugality reflects the near future of our nation!!!

Sorry, I have to agree with sus. Image is very important. Take Princess Diana, who went from casually mousey to red carpet glamorous over twenty years. President Obama doesn't have that long. But has anyone noticed that President Obama is getting much more defense than Mrs. Obama? I guess women are easier to scrutinize.

I agree. Personally I kind of like the idea of dressing what makes him comfortable.
Casual or whatever. Doesn't change the greatness of him.
Makes him HUMAN

You are right. Who cares. His wife seemed to think he looked good so who else matters.
