Do you think that everything that doesn't sell is because of the economic climate? If I try to sell a blank piece of paper for a million dollars and don't get a buyer, do you think I would have if I sold it 3 years ago? No!<br><br>The Iraq war started fairly recently, so Saddam doesn't exactly have the same appeal that Hitler does. Owning Saddam's ship isn't like owning a car driven by Hitler. There are so numerous alternatives to the ship that are far more superior which a better background.<br><br>On top of that, the pictures shown above display very outdated and tacky interiors. I agree the decor is certainly a determining factor in why the yacht hasn't sold and certainly the provenance is also key. I still think the economic situation plays some role because the overall number of people potentially interested in a purchase like this is reduced.
