--Philanthropist and art collector Audrey Irmas has reduced the price on her Holmby Hills mansion, shown above, from $25 million to $16.9 million. The property website for the architectural masterpiece is here.
--Beck has dropped the price on two homes he has for sale, one in Malibu and one in Los Angeles. We'll be checking them out as our estates of the day.
--Interior designer extraordinaire Waldo Fernandez has placed his exquisitely decorated Beverly Hills home on the market for $10.995 million. The listing is here.
--Latin music superstar Jenni Rivera has bought a home in Encino, California for $3.3 million.

--NASCAR driver Elliot Sadler has put his four-bedroom home in Mooresville, North Carolina on the market for $4.5 million. The listing is here.
--Famous photographer David LaChapelle has put his Hollywood Hills hideaway on the market for $1.55 million. It is listed at looking for backup. We previously covered his former NYC apartment as an estate of the day.
--Fantasia Barrino has saved her North Carolina house from foreclosure.

--Animator and animated TV show producer Gabor Csupo has put his four-bedroom oceanfront house in Honolulu on the market for $5.5 million.
--Rchard Dreyfuss has sold a Carlsbad, California house at a loss, selling it for $1.025 million after buying it a little over two years earlier for $1.25 million.

--Fashion designer Christian Lacroix is selling his Paris apartment for €2 million, or about $2.6 million.
--Tennis player Tatiana Golovin has put her Miami condominium up for sale for $1.298 million. The three-bedroom apartment is in Three Tequesta Point, a 2001 46-story tower on Brickell Key, a triangular island on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami. The listing is here.
--In Greenwich, Conn., Windemere, a 1895 home that Hollywood used for the movie "The Good Shepherd" is for sale for $12 million, recently cut from $13.25 million when the house was listed in September. The listing is here.

--Dwayne Wade's house is now down to $4.599 million. It was listed at $8.9 million when it was our estate of the day in 2007.

From the NY Post's Gimme Shelter:
--Bernie Madoff's neighbors are wondering when they can boot him out of their building on the Upper East Side. Madoff recently resigned as co-op board president and apologized for the incovenience but neighbors are hoping once Madoff is indicted they can get him ouf. Madoff's niece Shana and her husband put a $4.195 million offer on a condo in the Diamond House building but withdrew the offer the day Madoff was arrested.
--Furniture designer Vladimir Kagan has listed his Park Avenue co-op for $8.75 million. The listing for the colorful four-bedroom is here.

From Cityfile's Buyers and Sellers:
--Investment banker E. Stephen Benson has lowered the price of his two-bedroom penthouse apartment at 885 Park Avenue for the third time since first listing it for $13 million in early 2008. It is now down to $9.5 million.
--Guy Wildenstein, the president of Wildenstein Galleries first put the 8,033-square-foot former Frank Lloyd Wright Suite on the market in September for $46.5 million, he has now cut the price to $42.4 million.
--Morgan Stanley executive, Guy Metcalfe, bought an apartment at 15 Central Park West for $9.35 million last October. He put in back on the market for $16.5 million but has since reduced the price to $12.5 million.
--Hedge fund founder Steven Stuart has taken $1 million off the price of his 35th-floor apartment at the Park Laurel on West 63rd Street. It is now listed at $9.8 million.
--Philanthropist and Democratic fundraiser Fern Hurst has put her fifth-floor, 13-room co-op at 1060 Fifth Avenue for $24 million. The listing is here.
--Andrea Soros Colombel, the philanthropist daughter of George Soros, has taken $1 million off the price of her townhouse at 102 Charles Street. It is now listed at $9.6 million.

From Newsday's Real LI:
--Laura Andrassy, ex-wife of golfer Greg Norman and recipient of a very generous divorce settlement, just picked up her second Hamptons home. Her new home in Southampton has been listed for rent for the summer 2009 for $185,000 for Memorial Day through Labor Day. The home sold for $7.55 million.
--Victoria Gotti's Old Westbury estate is now down to $3.2 million, it was recently our estate of the day.
