Ballerhouse's New Custom Pool Tables

Now that's a pool table.
The above masterpiece is from the custom Luxury Billiards line available through BallerToys. The Noblesse Luxury Billiards Table (above) retails for $177,000. From BallerToys:
"The legs and ornamental decoration are finished in gold leafs, and the rails feature inlaid 18 carat gold diamonds. This luxury pool table also features high quality professional cloth and microfiber pockets with built-in LED or fiber optic lighting."
The tables in the Luxury Billiards collection are designed by world champion Billiardsman Vincent Facquet, and currently, the neo-gothic "Royal" and "Majeste" are also available at the same price. The tables all include a large cue and ball drawer, as well as back-lit pockets.

Now that's just ugly. I'm hoping that in this recession we'll see a return to better design and less ostentatious crap like this. This table is just vulgar, and will be right at home in some overpriced estate/spec home/Dubai eyesore.

I wouldn't say its ugly, because it does have a nice nouveau look. Actually... I think its gorgeous!
But common, $177K for a pool table!!!?! I'm not saying that its a rip off (because it does have diamonds, etc) but thats outrageously expensive. I bet $177k for a pool table would even seem expensive to Billionaire. Also, diamonds on tables just screams tackiness.
Why not remove the diamonds and sell it for $10K (I'd buy it!)?

The G1 is the best pool table out there. This table is something I have never seen before. Crazy design. I found a bit more information and a few more pictures of it on another site. Check it out.
