Luxury Home In Arizona Comes With A Free Bentley

Paradise Valley Arizona real estate hits a new level of desperation with the offer of a free 2009 Bentley Continental GT with the purchase of one of two multimillion-dollar custom homes. Five Star Development will give a Bentley Continental GT starting at $198,000 to the buyer of either of two homes, one listed at $4.995 million, the other listed at $3.995 million. The listings are with George Hajjar of The Hajjar Group with Realty Executives and he promises that the realtor who sells either of the homes will also receive the Breitling Bentley GT Chronograph Steel watch (for men) that retails for $7,695 or a Cartier Pasha watch (for women) that retails for $5,150. An open house is being held two consecutive weekends in January, Jan. 10-11 and Jan. 17-18. at both homes with the Bentley GT on display.

Deals like this just crack me up.Anybody who thinks their getting a Bentley free is without smarts or common sense.Bentley probably gives the company a slight discount for the AD. but you can bet that amount will be added to cost of house.

You crack me up by thinking that you know everything, and are smarter than these developers.
Selling a house for $4.8M is less attractive than selling it for $4.99M with a Bentley GT, because the addition of the Bentley (although at the cost of the buyer) makes the whole package more interesting and desirable. The car itself will draw attention (which is why they will be putting it up for display) and will add to the lifestyle package that's for sale. When you buy a house your buying a lifestyle, this one of which comes with a Bentley.
It's kind of like when a father offers his future son-in-law an expensive gift to try to get him to marry his daughter. Obviously the gift would be far cheaper than the price of having a wife (lol), but it's HUMAN NATURE to go for the 'shiny' object even if it means having a far larger burden to get it. In this case, the gift is the Bentley, and the burden is the house.

Yeah, Valerie, you don't know much about marketing!
The 'football phone' and 'shoe phone' that Sports Illustrated used to throw in with your magazine subscription...how do you turn that down?
And do you know anyone in the entire world who doesn't have a Sports Illustrated subscription? I didn't think so.

It's all about the marketing! This article has been picked up by 75+ online portals and has been in the evening news on various channels throughout AZ. The amount of press this listing is getting will pay for the Bentley itself.
Anyone who can afford a home in this price bracket, will make an offer because they love the home (and the Bentley will just be an added perk to enhance their lifestyle).

Yippee! Its a sellers market again! That means you can overprice your shoddily built McMansion by about a million and a half bucks and actually sell it to some sucker because you promised him a pimp-mobile worth about $200k!
Whatever it is RMed is smoking... I want some!
Let's party like its 2003!
