After yesterday's fumble in Georgia to start off the year this makes up for it. It is truly a lovely offering.
I'm quickly reminded of the work by Albro & Lindeberg for their similar work done in the 1920's with the East Hampton residence "Coxwould" (a/k/a the Erdman House) from 1912 which is regarded by some as the most beautiful home in the Hamptons.
Not that they lifted any of the architecure from Atterbury but rather their skills perhaps were employed to create an interpretation of for client Dr. Erdman.

I like this home! Personally this is the first house "alive" that I've seen on luxist, with one soul. Different styles, but each room is harmonic.
