Rob Cohen in Malibu, Estate of the Day

Director and producer Rob Cohen has directed some blockbuster films including "The Fast and the Furious" but his Malibu home is far more low key. The LA Times Hot Property column reports that Cohen's home is located in a six-home gated community in the Point Dume area. The property includes a four-bedroom main house, detached two-story guest house and a pond and also has beach rights. The home has a modified "salt box" East coast style. Cohen has decorated with Buddhist statues, a surfboard mounted on the wall and casual style that seems a bit unfinished. His book-lined office with a stone fireplace seems like a very cozy place to work. This home is listed at $3.25 million.
