Not horrific, although I will admit I'm not a big fan of the gambrel roof style. Yet with that price tag it is underwhelming in the returns a buyer is getting for the investment.  <br><br>Albemarle Co has so many other delightful homes at a fraction of this price. I can see for some an allure of living in a wealthy like-minded compound with minimal land to maintain but that really isn't Charlottesville's style.<br><br>For the rest of the development and future spec homes I'd strongly suggest slecting homes designes less symetrical with each wing a mirror of the other and the front facade that of the rear. I've gone there 3 years ago and I've visited Monticello and other beautiful places, thanks to My cousin Pasquale that live there. The first impression looking this house is: Calico Corners catalog! I love this store for the materials, the courtesy, the professionality of the employees.
