Albemarle Co has so many other delightful homes at a fraction of this price. I can see for some an allure of living in a wealthy like-minded compound with minimal land to maintain but that really isn't Charlottesville's style.

For the rest of the development and future spec homes I'd strongly suggest slecting homes designes less symetrical with each wing a mirror of the other and the front facade that of the rear.
