As Jack said the interior is in need of changes. I'd quickly drop the way too exessive rose color in multiple rooms and dispaching the Lilly Pulitzer gone bad pattern schemes. The original hardwoods and ornate details after the current owner's furnishing are gone would shine quickly.

Even with a few changes is it worth a price in the 'teens'? I doubt it in this market or even in the go-go boom days. ]]>Dec 2nd 2008 1:37PM
