Lance Bass in Beverly Hills, Estate of the Day

Singer and current Dancing With The Stars contestant Lance Bass is pretty serious about getting rid of his Beverly Hills Post Office area home this go round. Yes, that's right, as the Real Estalker reports this isn't Bass's first trip to the real estate rodeo. He put this home on the market first back in 2006 for $5.25 million (check out the original house tour from back then here). He bought the home in 2003 for $3.88 million so at that price he was poised to make a tidy profit. The home didn't sell and now he has put the home with the guest house and two pools up for sale at a price that is whisper close to his original purchase price. Why? The Real Estalker's commenters dish that he already has his eye on a new bigger house. The over-one-acre property has great views and lots of space in fact it seems like too much space for only one man. While the decor is a bit off-kilter and downright florid in places there are things to love, like the skylight in the kitchen and the many terraces and balconies with fantastic views. The guest house, perched neatly next to the pool is almost more appealing than the main house. There is also a separate gym which has its own bathroom. This home is listed at $3.925 million.

wow, this house is nice - NOT the worst we've seen here -- and certainly for a single man, was okay .. i just don't see why the gay bash has to come out - it's simply decorated, if i had 3mil i would buy it - i just don't understand the fairy calling - very childish of you AMY [hopefully, you're not still in the closet]

I think that is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. I like how it is decorated and I think it looks very tasteful. Lance seems like a very nice down to earth guy I can't imagine why anyone would want to say anything unkind about him. I hope he is very happy and has someone to love and lots of good friends!

Since Lance, is such a nice guy that he would never allow himself to put you lame jealous losers in your place I will gladly do so for him: I too live in Beverly and I as well live within eyesight of Lance.... I loathe a day that I cannot for whatever reason: bad weather, appointments, etc get into my brand new Bentley Mulliner (just wrecked my Bentley GT) and hop on over to Rodeo or even better he Forum Shoppes in Vegas so that I can spend about 20-30 thousand on shoes,shirts,belts,etc.... Oops looks like I need new Rolex as well since I notice a small scratch lol! You see losers I can do this just as Lance can because we earned this right to do so and we can damn well do wtfe with our monies regardless of how much you dislike it! You losers need a life and as for myself I could care less about you!
