Toby Keith in Nashville, Estate of the Day

Country singer Toby Keith is one of the many musicians with a place in Nashville. As the Real Estalker points out, this is not Keith's only residence, he and his wife Tricia have a large home in Norman, Oklahoma. It is likely that Keith bought this place in Nashville as more of a pied a terre. The home is part of a development and the listing shows it as having just two bedrooms. Keith bought the home in 2006 for $1.35 million.

The home is rendered in rich bronzy tones with heavy draperies around the large windows. A tiny backyard features an equally tiny pool and doesn't look like a great place to hang out. The same could be said of the galley kitchen crowned with a giant magazine rack. This home is listed at $1.595 million but I'm guessing Keith may end up settling for a number even closer to his original purchase price.

i would love to move my family in this beautiful place the pool is perfect and not much to upkeep and the place is beautiful and the color i love it i am a mother who makes 6 grand a year and an husband who is into the remolding and construction. I would love to give toby 1,000 a month towards this house that would also help him in his payments......would also be able to work towards paying off our debt because we would be willing to honestly work on any remodling job he has,,,,and believe me my husband is the best and the most honest man. He is incrediable and outstanding in his workmanship.....ask all he has ever done a job for....they will tell you gary is honest fair and he is just very true to his trade. you would be lucky to have him in your corner............griffcontsptc@aolc.om he will be fair at all times and will take very good care of you........ give him a chance.....ps he loves country music.....

i could only wish for something like that im a simple woman who has worked hard all my life im divorced and just got laid off from my job of 14 yrs life is hard and it seem it just gets harder.but i would like to say this toby your music is the best and always will be.keep kicking them out.poor in Il.

Great house. The living room is bigger than my entire house, which cost $90,000. I've been to see Toby a few times and would go again and again. Last year I took my 3 sons to the Times Union Center in Albany, was literally pushed down the concrete steps and ended up with cuts all over my face and hands, and it was worth every scratch and the credit card payments I had to make! Toby, if you want to take the $1100.00 a month I pay on my house, me and my 3 kids will buy yours! :)

I am truly sickened that there are people with a literal hand out for someone elses wealth HERE EVEN, on a real estate site ...how shameful/pathetic is that?..I don't care HOW someone acquired what they have..no matter what --->> I don't DESERVE it...and never will..its appalling how people must have been raised...

gee people.. have ( GET ) some pride...you get what ya earn and are ENTITLED TO NOTHING..
