Faith Hill and Tim McGraw in Beverly Park, Estate of the Day

We've got a lot of pictures on today's home, the impressive Beverly Park mansion of Faith Hill and Tim McGraw which the Real Estalker has revealed is now up for sale. Big Time Listings reports that the musical pair purchased the home in this community in Beverly Hills for $6.2 million in 2003. The home has six bedrooms and has been professionally decorated but with an eye toward music and whimsy. The home's tasteful cream and beige public rooms are offset by a dramatic bordello red sitting room and a cutsey pink breakfast room. The home includes a gym, gourmet kitchen and a large master suite with his and hers baths. The rooms that are decorated for their three girls are pretty much dream children's rooms with collections on display and plenty of room for tea parties and sleepovers. The property is over four acres that includes gardens and a pool area. The couple has listed this home for $14.8 million.

Deidre: I did a little research online, and it appears this house is in the LA area -- possibly Beverly Hills. If you know where a house it located, it is always fun if you would include that in the listing. Like most people (all who don't live in that area, lol?) I have no idea what/where Beverly Park is. And the link for the listing doesn't work on either of my computers. Thanks.

Beverly Park is a development in Beverly Hills... Also is it me or does that pool strongly resemble a feature of the male anatomy?

Yes, when I researched the home, I saw that the listing is with a Beverly Hills realtor. It is just always nice when the Luxist listing says, so you don't need to research it.
Of course if you are not FROM the LA area, chances are "Beverly Park" would mean nothing to you, lol.

i love the house though.

It's not you W -- I thought the same thing about the pool. I suppose it fits in with the red sitting room which is really jarring next to the beige living room.

Could the pool be sort of guitar shaped?

Gorgeous home! I am certainly not an interior designer but my initial reaction is that there are too many tables, chairs and couches all arranged the same in each room.

This home displays more taste than I would have expected a couple of rich country singers to possess.
Except for the dick pool. But I'm sure that was already there when they bought the house.

The house is nice but definitely not decorated to its potential. No granite counter tops in the bathrooms? That dates the home big time. The colors are horrid. They need HGTV's Designed to Sell big time. These are designers who know how to stage a home for a quick and profitable sale.

This house suffers in several ways: from rooms that are too large, rooms with too many architectural features (that don't match), funiture that can't live up to the square footage, and, the two dimensional color shcemes...boring biege, and, shocking reds and pinks....this decorator clearly needs to be on meds for bi-poar...I was terribly disappointed. After seeing the introductory picture (which was intreging), only to see the rest of the place was a mix match architectural features, a bed made or mirrors, a penis pool, and, the 80's bathrooms...what's with that?....I was really disappointed.

The colors were all wrong. The house was just to plain. It didn't have enough things in it. It was too boring. It needed more things. A few antiques would have made it look a lot better. I never could stand white couches. The livingroom really could use some color. Some throw pillows or ? It makes me feel like I must sit with my hands on my lap and my feet flat on the floor. I bet their kids have to sit that way if they are even allowed in the livingroom. LOL!!!
I am more for making it comfy for everyone and not so stark white. I want people to feel cozy when they come to my house.

The Roman statues in the dining room... hilarious!!! Rooms are so awkwardly decorated and the window treatments are horrid. And please PLEASE don't ever put me in that sitting room or I might vomit! So much money and no taste... what a shame.
