Most live/work situations for artists are lofts in cities but today's home is a live/work in a more rural location. Nice house. However, it's not worth 8 mil. Maybe 2 mil, tops. 20 acres of land is jacking up the price.

i agree, its definitely not worth $8 million. i do however love the courtyard in the middle, the floor to ceiling windows, and the minimalistic design.
