It includes a main lodge built of hand-hewn timbers, 16 guest cabins, two year-round residences, employee quarters, a fast-drying clay tennis court and a creek side yoga and pilates pavilion. The property includes a restaurant and the owners have even authored a cookbook called "Sharing the Table at Garland's Lodge." Garland's Lodge is listed at $13 million.
