Way to go Tiger. This is not his first project, by the way, and not even the largest - in Dubai he has already launched Tiger Woods with estates ranging up to 100'000 sq ft of land and the build up of up to 80'000 sqft. Mind you, the plot in question starts from USD 27 mln and the buyer can build almost whatever he / she wants (which is a rare thing in Dubai - usually the designs of villas are predetermined here by the developer) at his own cost.
