Beautiful! I hope it is minimum LEED Gold. United Arab Emirates are good place for to invest money (I went in Dubai for my job), but must think Green. Yesterday the oil, today the water. Built green, recicle materials, resource and water, save energy!

Come on, Michael! First ACI's Michael Schumacher Tower in Business Bay, Dubai, now Al Reem, Abu Dhabi - what a sell out...
Also, yesterday on Cityscape (the largest real estate B2B exhibition in the world), while he still has those two projects on hands - he was an official guest of Deyaar, one of the larger Dubai developers.
Also from seeing him, Michael, public speaking in Dubai during launches, I must say, he is one of the most uninspired speakers.
My name is KGRO, I live in Dubai and I am a developer.
