I believe Bond was drinking Bollinger at least since Goldfinger, long before Moonraker. In fact it was Bond's desire for a properly chilled Bollinger (if too warm it is like "listening to the Beatles with out ear muffs!") that allowed Odd-Job to get the drop on him. He may have even been drinking Bollinger in the picnic scene at the beginning of From Russia with Love next to his Bentley.

Bollinger's website dates the product placement to Moonraker, thanks to one of the owners' friendship with Bond producer "Cubby" Broccoli, though it's quite possible it appeared prior to that. According to the James Bond Encyclopedia Bond drinks Dom Perignon '55 in Goldfinger.
