Jacuzzi is a proper name (the Jacuzzi Brothers marketed  submersible hydrotherapy pumps in the 1940s), and a name brand, such as Xerox and Kleenex.  You are incorrectly referring to a generic "whirlpool tub" by a brand name. Not every tissue is a Kleenex, and not every copier or act of copying is a Xerox or Xeroxing.
