Since when does charcoal filtering increase alcohol content?

Apparently your writers are complete retards.

Alcohol is produced by yeast and yeast alone.

Vodka is distilled from a simple sugar mash and collected as a neutral spirit at ~95% (190 proof) and is then diluted to achieve its commercial proof - typically 40% (80 proof).

Charcoal filtering improves flavor by absorbing fusil oils and other cogners. No?

Then maybe Deirdre should quit sucking down Belvedere vodka and log-off for long enough to do just a wee bit of research before she posts inane bullshit on your blog.

NaOH

Comments on Belvedere Intense Vodka

Naoh is correct.
