Beyond Yoga Pants Giveaway
With shorter days and colder weather, the temptation to snack your way into a new size is upon us. One way to fight the urge to cocoon is to splurge on new workout clothes. Even better if the clothes are cute. The clothes from Beyond Yoga are meant to do exactly what the title say, to go from yoga to the rest of your life. The pants are made from soft, wrinkle-resistant and sweat-wicking Supplex so they feel cozy but won't get soaked if your yoga life includes a Bikram class. These yoga pants have a large following with everyone from Cindy Crawford to Reese Witherspoon and Charlize Theron singing their praises. The line includes several styles of pants and tops ranging from camisoles and tanks to jackets and long-sleeved tops that would also look great with jeans.
We are giving away two pairs of the original pants. One in medium and one in large. These pants sell for $77. To win, throw a little fitness inspiration my way with a comment on what you do to avoid the threat of winter weight and let me know which size you need, medium or large.

YOGA IS THE MOST RELAXING PHYSICAL REGIMEN.
IT CAN GET YOUR BLOOD PUMPING BUT STILL BE CALMING. THE MEDIUM BEYOND YOGA PANTS WOULD BE GREAT:D

For me winter time is easier to shed the pounds except for the holiday season. I can keep away from the ice cream and go for a nice healthy bowl of soup instead. My exercise is done indoors so that doesn't change. My size would be large.

To avoid winter weight I will participate in a cardio core at my local gym as well as a nice ab workout in the morning. I also enjoy swimming and yoga class. Medium please.

I eat protein and salads most of the time. I generally eat what I want, and as often as I feel hungry. I stay away from high glycemic carbs because the more carbs I eat, the hungrier I get, and I get hungry much more quickly. I don't diet. If I see something sinful, and I want it, I eat it. I also weigh myself every morning. If I gain a pound, or two, I know it's time to pay attention to what carbs I am eating...sweet potatoes instead of white, no pasta or bread for awhile, etc. I lead a fairly active life, gardening, yoga, but it's the simple carbs that do me in, so I stay away from them and find that I crave them less. I would love the pants in a size medium.

To avoid the winter weight, I take my dog for a walk. He needs a walk every day, so I'm forced to go out and exercise with him. Also, I keep lots of cut up veggies in the fridge so they are easy to grab! If I win (I hope I do!), I would like the medium size.

While since I am prego this winter I plan on walking and swimming (non stressful activities). These pants would make feel beautiful even though I am encouraged to gain weight and will be enormous. So, since I am with child a large would do.

My first instinct in the winter is to stay by the fireplace and read a book. My suggestion to keep weight off in the winter is to go play in the snow, skate on the ice, ski, or do some other activity that you love that doesn't seem like exercise. If it's impossible to go out, you can always do a pilates or yoga video.
(size large)

I walk home most days, and I also dance (not properly - just by myself in no particular style).
If I win, I'd like the large pants.

During the winter when it's not nice outside, I dance to fitness and music videos always in my queue at Netflix by Roku :) I would need size large please. *Thanks* for the giveaway!
