Beyond Yoga Pants Giveaway
With shorter days and colder weather, the temptation to snack your way into a new size is upon us. One way to fight the urge to cocoon is to splurge on new workout clothes. Even better if the clothes are cute. The clothes from Beyond Yoga are meant to do exactly what the title say, to go from yoga to the rest of your life. The pants are made from soft, wrinkle-resistant and sweat-wicking Supplex so they feel cozy but won't get soaked if your yoga life includes a Bikram class. These yoga pants have a large following with everyone from Cindy Crawford to Reese Witherspoon and Charlize Theron singing their praises. The line includes several styles of pants and tops ranging from camisoles and tanks to jackets and long-sleeved tops that would also look great with jeans.
We are giving away two pairs of the original pants. One in medium and one in large. These pants sell for $77. To win, throw a little fitness inspiration my way with a comment on what you do to avoid the threat of winter weight and let me know which size you need, medium or large.
To enter, all you need to do is leave a comment below before 5:00PM Eastern, Friday, September 19, 2008. We'll randomly choose two winners amongst the eligible entries.

My yoga pants are mostly worn out or sadly *sigh* don't fit anymore. If I win I would do my best to put these to good use!

Biggest excuse to not work out during Winter time-- It's too cold!!
That's why I buy myself WARM and cozy (size Medium =))workout clothing so before winter arrives. This way, I have no excuses when the time comes.
I don't want to work extra hard when Spring comes because I'm lazy. So to avoid extra work, it's better to continue your routine during Winter and stay in shape!

These would actually be a gift for my wife who loves to workout, but has become totally frustrated with every diet. These might give that little boost of confidence and encouragement.

Looking forward to my upcoming Vail ski trip each winter helps me not overindulge. Knowing I have to slip into my somewhat form fitting ski pants helps curb my cravings! If I win, size Medium, please.

Generally I will use my eliptical trainer or as of lately, Wii fit. It is actually a pretty good work out. It gets me sweating! Thanks for the chance. I love the pants!

I think a routine is key to staying motivated in an exercise program - but you can't beat yourself up over an extra martini or two every once in awhile... :-)

I wish I did more to avoid the threat of winter weight :) Seriously though, I try to walk as often as I can with my daughter. Our neighborhood is a good walking neighborhood, with great sidewalks and some hills, so it makes for a nice workout. Large please! :)

Well, I have never forgotten a conversation which I had about 10 years ago, right around the time when the "yoga trend" was just getting started in the US, with a Hindu co-worker of mine who simply stated that no one in India actually practices yoga.

Maybe I will strap myself to this to keep the weight off: http://www.productdose.com/article.php?article_id=8282.
Clearly, I need it, as I would like the large size.

To avoid winter weight, I recommit to my exercise plan (3 -5 days per week) and convince a friend to join me in the pain. These pants (in a Large) would be perfect for my BodyFlow class.

What a fantastic giveaway prize. I do Yoga on Saturday mornings with a wonderful instructor! When the cooler days begin, I make sure much of the junk food is not in the pantry for me to easily get to. I also have an exercise bike and a machine in the basement that I work out on. Music in the background really gets me going, like Phil Collins music from "Tarzan!" Please enter me in your drawing for the Yoga pants. My are getting somewhat worn. I would appreciate a size M. Many thanks, Cindi
