Your house just seems outdated. The brass fixtures and oak cabinets everywhere. People don't want to spend that much and have to redo everything. I wish you the best of luck. The exterior lacks curb appeal and the interior is very dated. I would strongly suggest spending about 20K (or whatever it takes) to change out all the flooring, and countertops, light fixtures, and add a warm color to the walls throughout......or this one may never sell. Take it off the market, make updates, and re-list it at a realistic price for your area, and it should sell. I can't believe your realtor didn't suggest this before you ever listed it.
