You would have to have a serious love affair with wine and one eclectic house to pull off the JugSimple Collection from Carlo Rossi. I imagine guests may wonder if they can actually sit on the Cabernet Couch but certainly the creative look confirms your passion for the vine. If you think this is the look for you then go beyond the couch and complete your room/house with the Chardonnay Chandelier, Paisano Plasma TV Stand, Sangria Sound System, Burgundy Bookshelf, and Rhine Reading Lamp. Not sure what these oenophilic designs will cost you but I would hope they would include some free wine with the shipment.

First of all, it's fugly as heck. Secondly, if I were one of those 'sue crazy' jerks, I'd already have a lawyer on the case for discriminating against the fatties. I am proudly one of them! What morons these people are! No taste, no class, and no love handles! What good are they? heehee www.CelluliteQueen.com

All of the glass in all the designs makes me cringe. What a mess if they broke! I have cats and they would have a field day on the shelves, etc...

I would like to point out a few things wrong with this. First I saw nothing in the "news article' about the couch being only for skinny people. Undoubtedly that was something AOL threw in to generate conflict.
Secondly as someone who has had 25 years experience building windows and doors I feel I know enough about wood and glass to say this. Glass of the type used in gallon wine jugs has a compression strength close to that of concrete. With that many jugs in that configuration the couch would most likely be able to carry a larger load then the traditional sofas with a wooden frame rail construction.
D. The damn thing looks like wino's living under the I 95 over pass built it.
