this reminds me of when Chanel and I think LV too used to do tennis rackets covers, ski wear (goggles, ski shoes), and whatnot emblazoned with their logos. It all seems like a marketing scheme, something to generate coverage that in essence sells the perfumes and handbags. But I'm sure there are some shieks or russian oil barons who will buy this too.

I expect a little more from Luxist! If you're gonna copy a blog, at least verify that it's factually correct.
a) The above displayed item is NOT the Damier Geant golf bag! It's the Monogram Canvas version.
b) Spell GEANT right!

I think that the Goyard golf club bag was going for $8,000 USD as well, so I think that at least matches.
Plus, I believe I saw one from Hermes, and that would be sure to easily exceed $8,000 USD.
