What is summer without music? A pool party loses its pop without a good set of outdoors speakers. The sounds of music drifting from open windows or across the water at a house by the lake often forms an integral part of summer. And of course, summer concerts ranging from stadium shows to concerts on the grass, are an annual tradition. These days more and more people are using personal mp3 players, adding a soundtrack to their daily activities.
We are giving away the 8GM Sansa Fuse MP3 Player and a 4GB SanDisk Mobile Ultra SDHC card. The thin device plays music, video, photos, FM radio and audiobooks, has a voice recorder to capture thoughts on the fly, and a bright, 1.9"color screen. It comes with the 4GB Mobile Ultra SDHC card.
Want to win? Let's talk music. What's your summer theme song? Is there a song that instantly takes you away to a summer evening no matter where you are?
To enter, all you need to do is leave a comment below before 5:00PM Eastern, Friday, August 8, 2008. We'll randomly choose one winner amongst the eligible entries.

Nothing says summer like Will Smith's "Summertime"... especially as a fellow ex-Philadelphian.

The song that comes to mind when the air grows warmer and clothing becomes lighter... "Summertime is Here". One line of the song goes... Yes" its summer.... summertime is here... yes its summer, my time of year. That says it all for me. Living in upstate NY where winter is endless; we live for the few weeks of warm weather.
So live it up people while you can!!!!!

a perfect summer song is Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffet, nothing makes you want to sip a margarita on the beach or in your backyard like that song.

Definitely the song "Doin' Time" by Sublime. It gets way overplayed on the radio once the weather heats up, but that's the price I pay I guess! :)
