I've got nothing against a man in casual clothing but casual has its time and place. When you need to step away from the t-shirt and the polo it's time to head to Lugo. The New York store offers fine Italian shirts cut to flatter a man's shape. Lugo creates elegantly stitched shirts that are broad at the shoulder and slim at the waist with mother-of-pearl buttons and the option of French or button cuffs. When I was in middle school I had to wear a green jacket with a big stop sign on the back. It was a gift from my crazy grandmother, and my parents made me wear it.

I most regret wearing some Bill's khakis that i had tailored to look less like a burlap sack, but still looked absolutely frumpy because the tailor made the legs slightly different lengths. I wore them to a wedding to a wedding with a blue navy jacket and sperry topsiders ...that wasn't on the beach. I stood out like I was pretending to be some yuppie prepster on the way to his yacht club in the middle of wyoming.

I bought a shirt with my bud from the UK last year in hollywood thinking it would be something a bit different from what I usually buy. My friend swore it rocked!!

However, when my girlfriend announced that I looked like a cover boy from "International Male" I knew I had made the my worst clothing purchase ever.

I say announced because we were at the wedding reception for her best friend and lets just say an open bar is not always a good thing.
