Let me see, there are probably 400 ocean front lots in Malibu that have a dry sand beach.
I'm guess that makes this house with about 50 feet of beach pretty darn valuable.
Sounds like sour grapes to me from the other posters.
What has world hunger and foreclosures have to do with asking market value for a piece of property? Absolutely Nothing!
ALso many people who are upside down in their houses used their HELOC and 2nd mortgages to take vacations, buy boats, buy RV's, buy vacation homes.
It's too bad they weren't responsible with their investments.
