It never ceases to amaze me how many realtors are unaware (or act like they're unaware) that the real estate market is way down. Like this property ... which is WAY above the market value.

Absolutely a gorgeous house!! However, 3 bedrooms for 17 million I don't think so. Not even with a water view!
