Why so cheap for a 509 room house. Would the owners have the right to make it a total private residence. Could they knock down walls to enlarge a few rooms. Looks like some of the rooms are small. There is one on 15th Street in Troy, N.Y. that has two castle like turrets. It is truley a beautiful place. No landscaping...no kitchen to see on a picture...price is great (I am a Realtor) for the area and amount of sq feet and land...but, I would think this would be a difficult sale...and the cost of heating and etc. would be through the roof!!!! Hoorah! <br>There is one in Oswego, NY too, that used to house the 145th Maint. Co. whom have served for our country over seas several times. Only the YMCA bought that one. They really are beautiful inside. Mysterious and intriguing.  Please keep them to their orginal design.
