Pamela Anderson Auctions Off Her Viper At Julien's Summer Entertainment Sale

Pamela Anderson has been associating herself with the animal rights group PETA for years (15 years, to be exact) and she's continuing that trend with her latest effort to support the charity: auctioning off her 2000 Dodge Viper RT/10 Roadster and donating the proceeds.
The car will go up on the block as part of Julien's Auctions' Summer Entertainment Sale of Hollywood Memorabilia. The auction runs June 21 & 22 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and the car is expected to sell for somewhere between $30,000-$50,000.

I'm all for animal rights but PETA can go to hell...
they support rfid and biotech meat.....they will have us all wear collars and chips because they think we should level the playing field
they have compassion for animals ...not humans
no respect for mother nature and the natural order of things..

Pamela Anderson just confirmed my suspicion that's she a brainless bimbo. She may think she's making life better for animals, but she and millions of other people don't realize that PETA's ultimate goal is to eliminate all animal-human interaction. They want there to be no pets, no meat eating, no milk or other dairy products, no wool clothing, no zoos, no circuses, etc., and they're willing to say anything to further those goals.

If PETA would spend their money to save pets instead of killing them, I would applaud Pamela. As it is, she is helping a bunch of bad people who want to end the ownership of pets by you and me. PETA is bad people doing bad things.

Diane, what have I personally done to help animals?
I'm an adoptive parent to 7 k9 children.
I participate in the ASPCA Guardian Angel program, and donate monthly to the ASPCA, as well as help with local membership roundups.
If I didn't already have 7, i'd be involved in their "Adopt a Bull" program for mistreated Pitts as well.
PETA is a decent orginization, I have no doubt, but a touch radical for MY personal tastes.
A TRULY helpful group can be found at ASPCA.org.
BTW, the comment about "better call orkin(pest control)" was a JOKE.
Lighten up, and life will be more enjoyable for YOU, and the people around you.(this goes for ALL you fingerpointers here)

I couldn't care less about this being Pamela Anderson's car. If the proceeds of the sale weren't going to PETA, I'd love to bid on the car myself. After all, where else can you get a Viper for only $30,000 to $50,000??!!
Johnny Doe Jun 14th 2008 2:14PM
Why are you lying for LIZ you can't afford $30.000 to $50.000! Just stay home and watch the kids and shut up! OH SNAP!
Jomama Jun 14th 2008 1:56PM
I believe there's a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes. hahaha people eating tasty animals.
Johnny Doe Jun 14th 2008 2:07PM
To ALL who think PETA is bad. Go to their web site and learn some TRUTH. The people who they catch on video abusing animals are the bad guys. Did your food have a face? That turkey or chicken that you just ate was it sexually assaulted on the hang floor before it was killed? Was your bird a little creamy? Go to www.peta.org. and look under archive video and see what your food goes through before its killed! Oh and PETAs stunts they pull well just say we tried to play nice but YOU don't listen so WE do things to get YOUR attention!

A terrorist animal rights group is The Animal Liberation Front. They will burn your house down or vandalize buildings and property and other things. Go to www.animalliberationfront.com and watch for yourselves. The group is also known as ALF and they are on the FBIs wanted lists

I am always kind to animals and believe in treating each and every one of them as humanely as possible, even rabid ones like Johnny Doe. And yes, I can most certainly afford to bid on the vehicle, but I don't believe in contributing to terrorist organizations. I've seen too many ireported nstances where I believe that such is the case with PETA. I shall continue to support WWF and ASPCA instead.

PETA...JUST ANOTHER TERRORIST GROUP...I LOVE ANIMALS TOO, BUT THEN I LIKE A RIB EYE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE

"help with rescue?" Well good for you. Shun Peta all you want.
Peta gets responses.. peta gets results. End of story. I don't agree with everything they do, i don't agree with everything ANYONE does.
Peta employees bring their animals to work. .doesn't sound like "annihilation" to me. Keep drinking the Kool Aid.

She might love animals but how can she sleep with herself while shes driven this gas guzzling beast. Gas prices are through the roof, and may indirectly or directly, depending on your preference be contributing to all the disasters in this world. Earthquakes are happening in China, Japan, Africa, Australia as well as flooding in the Midwestern states only 15 years apart from the last flood. And she says she loves animals but has been producing so much carbon we all suffer for it.
