I've been surfing around for a bit now. As a local here in Big Water it's still hard to imagine for most residents what the plan is with the Villas. The resort was difficult to comprehend as well. It is still a topic of conversation not only in Big Water at Town Hall and the "little store" (our only store) but also all over Page, Az.
