It looks too formal and like too much work to take care of it. Someone from the HGTV channel program, "Designed to Sell" should go through the house, get rid of excess furniture, the plaid carpeting and transform it into a more inviting home!
Merilee Erchinger

Merilee Erchinger

Comments on Three Ponds, Estate of the Day

Yes I agree with Merilee Erchinger. The house is way overpriced for such ugly and not attractive decorating. Don't get me wrong the house itself is very beautiful but they must make it more homey and not so old fashioned.
Thank you,
Sexae Johnson.

Sexae Johnson

Comments on Three Ponds, Estate of the Day

I really need this on

Opal

Comments on Three Ponds, Estate of the Day

seems as though there is way too much "Things" in all rooms takes away from the structual beauty. A family could live quite well in the guesthouse, and the true house could be used and rooms rented out. It is a style you either like or you do not. The house and furnishings are all reflective of each other. I would not try to sell this as a homestead. Aim it to an all inclusive golfing, spa, ect. kind of thing, as a business.

Gina

Comments on Three Ponds, Estate of the Day

I would like to enjoy a few days there with my family, does the property manager make that possible?
