Rare Blue Diamond Sells At Auction

Overall, the jewelry market has seen signs of weakness lately but the tip of the market is still strong. The blue diamond shown above is a 13.39 carat stunner which sold for a world record price of $8.9 million at a sale at Christie's in Geneva last Wednesday. Blue diamonds of this size are rather rare. The stone is a type IIb diamond. Type IIb diamonds are prized by jewelry lovers and collectors and contain small amounts of boron which gives them their color. They also have the property of being semi-conductors that conduct electricity. The auction brought in nearly $48.3 million total.

I have a blue diamond twice this size but I hardly ever wear it because it's too gaudy.

If I had the money and my Mother was still alive I would buy it for her.
I bought the best I could afford for her and I'm glad I did and if anyone thinks i should have given the money to some charity like Oprah's Girls School of Perpetual Molestation or The Obama Snort the Crack Pipe Clinic where he gets BJ's from the patients they are sadly mistaken.
I give to charity, but I have the right to give nice things to my Mother, Wife, Girlfriend, and relatives without some preachy jerk telling me I need to give everything to charity ... For all of you "preachy types" you can EAT Oprahs crap filled crack ... she and Obama poop all over you and you buy it so just eat their sh*T. (I wouldn't let you within 100 feet of mine thats just gross)

I personally believe that Bush is a good President better than Obama and Clinto. There's something fishy about them.

The most valuable thing in the world. We are talking about things here and not people. The most valuable is a red, purple or violet diamond. Inch by inch millemeter by millemeter they have the most compact forms of wealth. Perfect natural pearls are as also as rare and can also be as expesnive as nothing existed yet.

Many people are poor bcoz they don't know how to save their pennies and turn them into millions. They wasted it on cigar, beer, sluts, and lottery tickets. The are not smart enough to save their money and spend it on something that has eternal value like true love, education, good deeds and oof course...
