Davidoff Launches Winston Churchill Cigars

Swiss cigar manufacturer Oettinger Davidoff has announced their latest creation, a cigar named after the famous Sir Winston Churchill. The Churchill Millenium Blend is set apart from many of Davidoff's other cigars in a couple of ways, including the fact that it's quite a bit stronger in flavor and is wrapped in a rare variety of tobacco leaf that leaves it with a darker than average appearance. The Churchill range of cigars will be made of tobacco grown in the Dominican Republic, Peru, Nicaragua and Ecuador.

The Winston Churchill line from the House of Davidoff consists of four sizes: Blenheim (7x48), Chequers (5.5x46), No. 10 (5.25x52) and Marrakesh (6x50). This unique blend, created by our Master Blender Henke Kelner, delivers a flavor profile that is fuller-bodied, with spicey/peppery notes and hints of coffeee and nuts.
Derived in one way or another from seeds of Cuban origin the filler tobacco is grown in select regions in the Dominican Republic, Peru, Nicaragua and Ecuador. The sun-grown Ecuador wrapper provides an enticing dark brown appearance and contributes to the rich, aromatic qualities of this line.
(Just to clarify, it is not part of the Milliennium Blend series.)
The Winston Churchill line is sure to delight the most avid cigar smoker and is available through Select Merchants throughout the U.S.
