I posted on my  blog the concept of the idea of the mall is great blending both residential + retail but  not presenting or including the  layout for local stores that are essential for the urban landscape like markets, drugstores, dry cleaners, gas stations. With price tags for rent going from 2-5 k per month, that's pretty high end to have to deal with the parking and the noise - not to mention the cost of condos which start at 700 k. I know Glendale is centrally located and close to studios but -ahem-- where's the ease and ability to get in and out of that area and how is it really going to help or work in the current economy?<br>]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Stevie]]></dc:creator><pubDate>May 5th 2008 2:14PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
