You cannot own a property in the UAE unless you are a citizen of that country. This means, effectively, that the Mc Price for this monstrosity is only a lease amount. I doubt that anyone from outside the UAE is desperate ors tupid enough to plump money down for this property and have his descendants kiss it goodbye in two generations.

Get your facts straight- Emirates Hills was sold per square foot. Nothing was built and the design and detail was at the buyers discretion, and the contracts specifically state, these are yours to own. Yours to own= $21m price tag.
