This one comes from Elite Home Theater Seating and is designed to be the ultimate place for both viewing movies and gaming. Elite Home Theater Seating specializes in custom seats which can be customized with a variety of different layouts. This theater reportedly cost $500,000 for the layout and seating alone, the equipment will cost you even more.

I wonder if that room is an acoustical nightmare or if they took the time to treat all the surfaces correctly. I hope all the stalactites and walls aren't made of solid plaster. But the room looks amazing...
