Really? I was going to say this home looks like it's stuck in the 90s, and not in a fun, retro way but in a staid, boring way. It's 2008 and it could use one helluva makeover.

Kelowna is awesome. Highest ratio of millionaires per population in Canada. Wineries, golfing, skiing, water sports are all possible. You can drill down into some really nice properties by using:

Just remember to click on the map rather than do a word search (click on BC, then on the Okanagan, then on Central Okanagan an finally on Kelowna itself). It allows you to refine the search down to regions within Kelowna. Best spots are usually in Lower Mission and Upper Mission.
