While the views are absolutely amazing, the entire penthouse is decorated in the ugliest mix of modern/asian/fake indian/arab crap I've ever seen. I've seen better kitchens in 1 bedroom apartments.

I have to agree with the previous post. I think its waaay too kitchy. It looks like Za Za Gabor and Liberace threw up in there... If you took out all the other crap I would just have a decorator/designer come in and start all over again...excellent real estate tho.

Yes this is a little much. I noticed Trump's apartment is like this only even more so if you can imagine. They showed some of his apartment on tv the other night. So drop that price down by 3 million to redecorate it a bit and its perfect! Gorgeous views!!

I agree with all of the above posters - an excellent piece of real-estate, but pungently unattractive and poorly executed. That kitchen is a trifling mess, and I don't think you could pay me $22 million to wake up in that pink shit-abyss every morning. Goes to figure a tasteless scoundrel like Trump would have had a hand in the creation of something that tacky.

The recessed led lighting gives the distinct impression of a strip club while the plebeian kitchen is basically a fuck you to the help. My guess is they're trying to sell it to a tasteless/blind sheik.

What money can do is prohibit people from having to settle with what most would consider bad taste. Funny, how people who can't afford such luxury are so quick to criticize it. Nobody is asking you to like it. It is obviously way out of your league!

the kitchen might be large but it has no space to prepare food in. must only be used to sit around in the morning and eat cereal.

THIS UNIT IS VERY OVERPRICED!!!! My father & mother live on the 79th floor of the Trump World Tower in an 4 bedroom 4 bath 2,900 SF unit and My partner & I live on the 45th floor of the Trump World Tower in an 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 1,400 SF unit. My parients also own two 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units that we lease out and we bought all 4 units a little over 3 years ago for far less than 1/2 of what they are asking for this unit and now they are worth 2 or 3 times as much. I know the people who own this penthouse and they are very nice I have been in it a few times its very nice but there are quite a few nicer ones in this tower. I just ran across this article when I was looking up something else and I thought I would respond. We are very happy in this tower. And the best thing about it is Donald trump does not live here!!!! I can't stand him, he has beautiful buildings but he himself is a jerk!!! Alot of the people who live here can't stand him they love the building but they hate him. Thanks

You don't need money to have taste....and as you and Trump show, the two are usually mutually exclusive.
