It was built in 1890 which maybe why it looks like it needs more improvement. Despite that I think its nice looking! I swear Houlihan Lawrence listed/represented it a couple years ago. <br><br>What folks don't see is an arial shot which shows just how extensive the build up of properties (of assorted styles) are effectively behind it. It is a bit of a narrow causeway that goes out to the neck of land this rests on. But wow thats a lot of tax on one house. I guess if you have 14 million to buy it you can afford that tax bill. lol I still love it though.
