What a stunning, romantic, wonderful location.   I have a love affair with images of the Hollywood Bowl because my dearest loved one took me there, for a concert, for our first date, and ever since, I'm in love with the image of the shell.  I'm wondering, however, while living above it could be really romantic -- listening and seeing those symphonies under the stars - can you *hear* it really well? And would this present a problem, say, on the night some heavy metal band is playing? What a fabulous house!  Everything about it is spot-on.  Location, size of the rooms, yard, atmosphere; and all things considered, the price isn't unreasonable.  This house ticks all the boxes.  Absolutely perfect.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[T.
