A New Look For Hearts and Flowers

The stylized heart that festoons Valentine's Day cards bears little resemblance to the truth beating inside your chest. Esque has created a new glass vase that strips away the illusion. It's pretty, it's just a different kind of pretty than what you are used to. The vase, which is designed and produced in oregon by justin parker and andi kovel, is part of a limited edition of 200 numbered and signed vases and sells for $450. It's striking but I wonder what sort of flowers could work in a vase like this.

It would be the perfect thing if your spouse was a cardiologist! I like it. It has an Edwardian feel to it. People were a little twisted and macabre then...

I wonder how it will look like when you put in red colored water inside the vase? Looks pretty cool to me.

Can't imagine that going with anyone's "decor". Unless, of course you "keep" people in your basement for a hobbie

I,myself, would rather to have the 450 bucks that it cost than to have a heart without a beat.
