Kinda looks like ikea and design within reach puked on 20 years ago. IMO furnishings don't count as updating as they're [likely] gone when the owners leave and you are back to your dated shell. It looks rather small for 6000sq ft.

That black and white color scheme does absolutely nothing for the interior. It's too stark for what is essentially a rustic setting.
They'd have been better off using some actual color, and bringing in some comfortable, cozy furniture that would work better with the style of the house, rather than try to make a Manhatten penthouse out of it.
